Payments & Currency
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, prices may also be shown in United States Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time of registration or booking. Accepted payment methods are disclosed during checkout.
Immigration Services Disclaimer
Africa-Canada Impact Exchange Inc. does not provide immigration advice, legal services, or representation.
All immigration advisory, application, and representation services are delivered exclusively by licensed Canadian immigration professionals through ACIE’s regulated immigration consultant partners. Clients will enter into separate retainer or engagement agreements directly with the licensed immigration consultant responsible for the service.
Visa approvals, refusals, processing timelines, and final decisions are determined solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and are outside the control of ACIE.
Limitation of Liability
ACIE shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusals or immigration decisions
- Travel disruptions, delays, or third-party service failures
- Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
